Default Blair asks "Axis of Evil" for help in Iraq

Most people will probably remember Bush's "Axis of Evil" which is more of "Axis of Muslim Countries against US". Since US is now reconsidering involving Syria and Iran in peace process, UK is following the same footstep.

The title of this this TImesOnline article nicely puts it,

Blair-we must work with "Axis of Evil" states

Bush lost the mid-term elections, he's losing his monopoly over Mid-East after failure in Iraq, so what better way to revive his plan than getting Iraq's neighbours involved?

Bush and Blair make it sound as if Syria and Iran are pathetic and desperate, it's obviously the other way around. Last I checked Iran isn't interested to get "accepted" on US/UK's buddy list.

Iran got heaps of oil dude. And they arent lame duck like Saddam Hussein.

Problem is no one in Arab world likes the Ayatollahs of Iran and they will be pretty alone in their fight.

If bush really backs off, and Syria and Iran along with other Arab nations work together then there might finally be stability in Arab world ... wait things can not be that easy .
