Doesn't matter if we go through or not. I just want us to sign off with a good win against a top-ranked team on foreign soil. Would also help secure our ranking for the next little while.

It's going to be a bit chilly in Cardiff. I hope our players can deal with that.

Our biggest problem now is form of taskin
only player that can take out Williamson consistently is Taskin and he's all out of form
Bowl isn't swinging this tournament and guys that bang it in at 140 with bounce are giving batsmen the most trouble, we have 2 players that would have done well, Roy and Taskin, Roy isn't there and Taskin is out of form
Definitely missed a trick by leaving out Roy for Shafiul
Other problem
we don't have a number 3, Sabbir shouldn't be there, maybe mushfiq, but that will weaken our middle order too much, but imrul hasn't been good enough.
Problem 3,
Sarkar trying to be tamim and go at 80 whilst playing his shots which isn't his game, he needs to go hard and repeatedly, he can edge it past inner circle

I hope our players are watching and learning. Mixing the seam position is working wonders in these pitches, and the best seam position for express pace and bounce here looks to be cross seam. The wobbly seam is also useful

Hope Fizz does justice to his talent this time, hate to see him going wicket less, I like that kid, I want him to take a 5fer and win the match for BD so that we could beat him to a pulp in the semis and settle past score once and for all
Anyways good luck brothers.

Totally agreed! I still agree the awesome ball from Taskin to Kane. For all those who forgot:
33.6
Taskin Ahmed to Williamson, OUT, how about that for a first Test wicket? Full, angled in, and straightens away, off the seam, slightly outside off. Williamson dangles his bat out and gets a thin edge behind to Kayes. Waist-high catch. First real false shot from the NZ captain. Fifty and out
And we need to attack New Zealand and put them off pace, Sarkar needs to play a big innings. Too much dependent on Tamim's batting atm, we need others to step up big time. The whole team needs to contribute and need to be calm and composed, we need to attack but can't give up till the last ball. Also, the balance of the team will play a huge factor I think in the result. We need to win this match, whichever way possible. Desperate measures needed!

If BD vs NZ gets washed out, we will qualify if Australia lose by 21 runs or more to England.

best scenario for us as one of the members here said:-
1. Eng beats Aus by more than 21 runs
2. Our game vs NZ gets wash out
3. RR takes us to semis to face the top team in group B
4. SA beat Ind to become top team in group B
5. We face SA in the semis, game gets rain interrupted and as a result D/L helps us + SA have one of their best chokes ever, we go to final
6. final gets washed of..we become joint champions!!
no one can say we haven't won a ICC trophy!

Like about England , they play like bd... all their players contribute... like they did today . If one click and pressure free game against Australia.... my heart saying England will.... just my asking to bd ... go for everything... bat or bowl or fielding... bring the win in our table... we through

Disagree. either win with dignity or go home. Look at what happened to Kenya. they reached the semis of 2003 World cup and now nobody talks about them. If Bangladesh has to lift the cup they have to win all the remaining matches from here on the field regardless of how weather plays. Must apply common sense and not emotion (RR too slow bla bla bla drop him drop this drop that).
Ironically, in the past Bangladesh sucked due to a lack of proper skill. Now, it is due to a lack of proper judgement and assessment!
