BPL 2016 Fantasy Cricket League Thread

Welcome to the BPL 2016 Fantasy Cricket League Thread. Who is Excited for BPL4?

Here are the Rules to play.

1. One Team Per BC Username and 11 players per team.
2. All teams must be unique(no two teams can be identical)
3. Only One ICON player per team
4. Choose wisely, you select a team once that that's your team for the rest of the tournament
5. Only a Maximum of 4 overseas(foreigner/non-Bangladeshi) players allowed per team
6. Only a Maximum of 3 National Team bound player allowed(This means Bangladeshi players who played an international match in any format since the beginning of Afghanistan series 2016)
7. Must Assign exactly one Player to the Specialist Keeper position.
8. Maximum of 4 Allrounders allowed per team.

Points Scored:

1. Man of the Match Award: 100 points
2. Man of the Series Award: 500 points

Batting:
1. every run is a point
2. fours and sixes earn you double points meaning 1 four = 8 points

Strike rate consideration(minimum 15 runs must be scored to get strike rate bonus/penalty and minimum of 6 balls faced)
3. Strike Rate(SR) <= 89 = -10 points
4. SR between 90 and 120 will earn you 0 points
5. SR between 121 and 139 will earn you 5 points
6. SR between 140 and 159 will earn you 10 points
7. SR between 160 and 179 will earn you 15 points
8. SR between 180 and 199 will earn you 20 points
9. SR >= 200 will earn you 25 points


10. score a duck (-10) points

Bowling:
1. each wicket is 25 points
2. maiden over gives the bowler 50 points
3. 3 wicket haul gives 20 point bonus
4. 4 wicket haul gives 30 point bonus
5. 5 wicket haul gives 40 point bonus
6. 6 wickets or more gives 50 point bonus
7. Hattrick gives 100 points

economy rate bonus/penalty(must bowl minimum 2 overs to apply these sets of rules)
8. Economy rate 6.00 - 7.99 0 points
9. Ecomony rate 8.00 - 8.99 -5 points
10. Economy rate 9.00 - 9.99 -10 points
11. Economy rate 10.00 - 10.99 -15 points
12. Economy rate 11.00 - 11.99 -20 points
13. Economy rate 12.00+ -25 points
14. Economy rate 5.00 - 5.99 +5 points
15. Economy rate 4.00 - 4.99 +10 points
16. Economy rate 3.00 - 3.99 +15 points
17. Economy rate 2.00 - 2.99 +20 points
18. Economy rate < 2.00 +25 points

anything between 5.00 - 5.99 gets 5 points
anything between 4.00 - 4.99 gets 10 points
anything between 3.00 - 3.99 gets 15 points
anything between 2.00 - 2.99 gets 20 points
anything less than 2.00 gets 25 points


Fielding/Keeping:
1. Each Catch/runout/stumping is 15 points

Captaincy:
1. Captains get double points(2x)

does this mean that national players who hasn't played since the beginning of afgan series can be selected as many as we like?..for example abu haidar rony,sohid,muktar played for BD last year.

By these rule you can have 4 national players who played with Eng + these 3 also right?

I suggest we only allow 2 National players(players who have played for Bangladesh in 2016) like last time..this will make the league more interesting..4 national players will make teams look alike
