Default ***Mosaddek - The Finisher***

Finally.

Someone that can live up to the tag of 'Finisher'.

We invested too many matches/time on Sabbir.

I hope Mosa continues to improve, lovely player

Mosaddek has been a revelation this WC, certainly didn't expect him to maintain 120% SR!

He totally ate Sabbir's lunch with the pre WC performance, and is continuing that. Good for him. It is interesting because this is not him usually, but he saw they were giving a spot to a guy solely based off one job, and thought to reinvent himself using his skills as a cricketer.

after 3 years of ODI cricket what were sabbir's contributions? Mossa has established himself as a vital cog in this BD team in such a short amount of time.

Makes you think if Mossa is playing out of position and still putting up these contributions then how good will be if he plays in his preferred format (test cricket) and be batting in his normal position (no. 5).

He is a must in the test side.

Mosaddek's recent software update is just incredible. He was a similar kinda player from Riyads old days. Two Mymensingh guys who were known for their steady batting are both pretty aggressive finishers. I was a huge fan of Mosaddek initially and then started disliking his bits and pieces nature. But I am glad he has reinvented himself. The current Mosaddek is certainly an asset for the team.

Still a limited cricketer, handy vs spin which was useful today and the tri-series final vs Windies. Very pedestrian vs pace, we saw that vs NZ

Against a pace heavy attack, I would chose Sabbir. Against a Spin Heavy Teams I would chose Mosaddek.

He is not a power hitter but a smart and skillful batsman. I love the inside out shots that he plays through the extra cover. Also he launches forward with his tippy toes to swat the short balls through the mid wicket region.

Mosa has been a revelation no doubt about that but we still need to find a power hitter in that position. Mosa can take Riyad's position in the future.

Long way to go still. Last time we labelled someone as a finisher, he lost his form and completely went out of the squad.

He has changed his batting style since the start of the 2019 BPL and became more aggressive.
