Cholo Bangladesh
For some reason I am not too excited about this series.
Unfamiliar lands, our best player missing, a talented batsman missing, off form players in the side and a non existent pace attack

These test matches are a waste. Maybe Shakib made the most sensible decision, and is just saving himself really for matches where Bangladesh at least stands a chance. A home series against South Africa would've made more sense and interesting. Expecting a 2-0 thrashing for Bangladesh. What interests me the most is can they perform a lot better against South Africa since they last toured back in 08.

Let me do some advertising.
FANTASY game is on. Please join. Deadline is an hour before the game start time.
If your outlook is gloomy on these games then you owe it to yourself to make it happy-full event. What best way to do it by than WINNING the fantasy games BD vs SA 2017?
The perk is a custom title by the Admin, which would say, "BD - SA tour 2017 fantasy winner".
WHAT DO YOU SAY?
We have few past winners enrolled already. The rules are very simple. I will do all the heavy lifting in calculations. So you don't have to worry much. Allow me to take all your worries away. lol
And if everything fails, take a risk and see how you do against the best.

Isam's probable XI:
1 Tamim Iqbal, 2 Soumya Sarkar, 3 Imrul Kayes, 4 Mominul Haque, 5 Mahmudullah, 6 Mushfiqur Rahim (capt & wk), 7 Sabbir Rahman, 8 Mehidy Hasan, 9 Taskin Ahmed, 10 Subashis Roy, 11 Mustafizur Rahman
Soumya Sarkar's shoulder niggle means he is not certain to play - a decision on his inclusion will be taken on the morning of the game.

So, Liton's luck is still hanging in balance.

The Worst possible case is Litton will play 2nd TEST. If both SS and Imrul play, one will most likely fail.
Waiting 1st TEST may not be a bad thing for Litton. Then there will be less presuure on him.

Hathurusingha: Best time to beat South Africa at their home
Quote:
“South Africa (are) a big challenge for any team. Arguably they are one of the best Test teams in the last 10 years. It’s going to be challenge. But that’s what you play cricket for. It’s an opportunity for us to see where we are at. So we take that challenge and we embrace the challenge,” Hathurusingha told the media during the pre-Test match press conference at Senwes Park Wednesday.
“However if you want to play South Africa then I think this is the best time. They got a new coach, a few injuries. This is a good time to play against them.
“They got some new players coming in. But at the same time their nucleus (are) still playing, Hashim Amla and Du Plessis, and also Dean Elgar are pretty good players in the last few years. As some of their new players are coming in, it’s a good opportunity for us to getting to their middle-order early. That’s one thing we are trying to exploit,” he said.

BUT!
Mushfiqur said we are a lower team and our challenges are different. Already the excuses have come in.

So when Shakib and Mosaddek come back, Riyad would be dropped. Question is would Sabbir make way for Mosaddek? You'd have to say he should unless he hits some really big runs in this series.
And vs SL one of the extra seamers would get dropped for Taijul.
Soumya and Imrul should swap places, otherwise that lineup is the best available one.

I'd rather Litton not play this series, likely he will fail since it's in SA and proceed to get dumped.
