the fielder could have done better with that but all credit to Jahirul. Not easy to deal with these yorkers.

Good win, but the real question is does anyone know if the commentators get penalised, if they don't say
AKS BPL powered by Shah Cement.

Never judge, prematurely like a typic... BPL is fine. Just the wicket needs to be more batting friendly, production has to improve and for gods sake bring in some entertainment commies, where is Pat Symcox? Danny Morrison? Pommie? Surely you can find better commies with better voice and way of commentary than Sohail and that other SL guy. We know we cant avoid athar and shamim but get few good commies that speak well.

dodgy batsman like jahurul and anamul should be encouraged to focus on t20 ..talent who cant cut it in tests and world cup should be used by going all in at stroke making and t20s

Dodgy batsmen like Anamul has 3 times the centuries as Sabbir+Soumya combined in half the number of matches
And yes Anamul has better stats than both in T20s.

Not surprised that Jahurul speaks well; I once met him at a meeting of the Asiatic Society of Bangladesh, one of Bangladesh's premier centres for research. (They publish Banglapedia and much else besides in the natural and social sciences)

Starting with obviously in every interview, there is nothing more Bangladeshi than that.

6 matches? Can you tell me which ones exactly? Soumya has score a few 80s by chasing below par scores.

"Talent who can't cut it" You're mistaking Anamul for Sabbir and since when is the world cup a format.. Way to improve one of the better FC players.. tell them to "go all in stoke making" whatever that means..posts like these make me cringe, some posters are best not posting.

below par scores were below par for a reason specially by SA while anamul scored one of his 100s on a pitch bd lost after scoring 330+

You are not the decider of who posts and who doesnt. so disagree, but also tone it down.
It doesnt have to be one or the other. One can praise Jahirul and also not put down Soumya. If Jahirul gets in then credit the effort he made rather than point Soumya's failures. At the end of the day the larger pool of players we have the better.
