Bangladesh. Stay in contention if rain washes it out. Will need to beat NZ. Hope England beats both NZ and Aus.

Even though Bd don't deserve a draw and move to next round Tamim's efforts should not get wasted

You can count on my 10 bucks. Only request, use some of it to buy Eclipse a big lollipop to suck away his pain

So, bhais and boins, have we reverted to the Bangladesh of 2014 again. Are our worst nightmares coming true?

would Bangladesh of 2014 beaten Sri Lanka in a test match drawn ODI series and drawn T20 series and beaten New Zealand overseas?

I think we deserve a point. If the weather was better we probably would've chased. Also the game plan would've been different, it's quite apparent the plan was to survive instead of scoring quickly until the first few wickets fell and we realized the plan backfired. Also Mushy and Shak got bad decisions. I won't be too harsh on the players for today's performance.

The warm up games heavily dented our confidence and Bangladesh think tank(fans and management alike) was confounded with what would be the best XI under these conditions. Plus, Mashrafee didn't attack with the full conviction like he would in a home series.

I can't believe they went a bowler short against England and paid the heavy price for it.

It's been steady moderate rain for half an hour now. It seems extremely unlikely we will get going by 9:59pm!

I love when it rains and I have to stay home from primary school...or worst yet, my mother chasing me out of the house to go to school.

At primary school, we would hardly do any thing, just a little math in the morning, then when the morning break comes, myself and fellow students would head out on the tarmac playing tapeball cricket while it rains.

Those were the days.

What baffles me is how Hathuru allowed that. I thought he was a no-nonsense coach.
