Sorry to say but I believe its a wasted match. Bangladesh, especially at U-19 level, gain nothing out of a match against PNG. It might sound a bit arrogant but may be Ireland/Scotland or other Test Nations would have been better opponents in practice matches.

U-19 WC is played every 2 years. I am hoping Bangladesh to show a better performance this year. It will be played in UAE ... and all Asian teams played there a few month back in Asia Cup. I am sure missing out on a WC Semi berth after such good bilateral statistics against all other teams will generate urge among young BD side ...

Are these matches going to be televised? If so, what television company has the rights?
I would love to see these games. Knowing that the future of world cricket is going to be exciting for the next couple of years.

Looks like we might just end up winning this easily: 45 from 13 overs, no wickets lost-how rare is that :O

Great that Mosaddek spent some good time in the middle. Liton Das and the rest must step up.

Can't go far depending only on Mosaddek. The rest of the batting needs to support this kid more

The warm-up results suggest that winning the toss, teams will probably field first. Pitch is easing probably as the match is progressing.

Best of luck to our boys against Afghanistan. It'll be a tough match and hope we come out victorious.
