Yes, we should have beaten Pakistan the other day. Umpires weren't to blame, we just fell short. It happens. But not today!

Superb win and a superb team effort.
I'm so happy today, that we won a match by purely batting performance. Bowlers weren't too bad, just par for the pitch, but then chasing such a big score was extra ordinary... We are no more a team between 200-250... A step forward. That's the reason for extra happiness...
CONGRATULATIONS.... YOU LOOKED LIKE A TEAM TODAY...

our batting might be our strength now. I just feel like its a good mix. We should be thankful or having Nasir and Shakib. Most of us are forgetting when Nasir came to bat he was exploding of the blocks which got the momentum to switch our way in terms of run rate.
Hopefully Nazim will improve and Jahurul becomes a solid batsmen for us. The middle order is fanstastic - Shakib, Mushfiq, Nasir. This is the big 3 of the team in my opinion.
Pace bowling needs to be worked on a bit but other then that we should be able to consistently challenge top teams.
We need patience with this team. I would stick with this team but maybe swap shahadat for nazmul or shafiul. Thats probably my main concern. Fielding is great as well.
JOY BANGLA!!!

We should also thank Jahirul for his innings, mentions of Tamim, Shakib, Mushfiq & Nasir have come in, but thanks Jahirul!

A milestone for Bangladesh cricket - great achievement. Now, we have to keep the momentum going.
Congrats Tigers - you made us proud.

Not a fan of Crapinfo, but they said it well...

What makes this very pleasing for Bangladesh's point of view was the collective effort. Tamim provided the base, Nasir accelerated when it mattered, Shakib was given the freedom to attack thanks to Nasir and Mushfiqur added the final blows.

Cricket is a team sport. I think Bangladesh is finally putting it together.

thank you,
it was the best team performance I've ever seen, that's the best thing abt it.
Tamim,Jahurul & Nasir's fifties, Sakib & Mushy's 40+
Chasing a big total one always expects a big inn from one player but this time almost everyone contributed.

Congrats to the team, but without meaning to take anything away from them, I'm going to hold off on your and Zunaid's view until I see them play this way and win against a stronger bowling team.

In the Mirpur Press Conference Sachin said that: "I feel BD are a good team, they're underrated, media talk as if they dont know how to play cricket. They have good players, Shakib changed the momentum, Tamim batted well at the top and their captain, Mushfiq finished it for them"

Why would he speak to the spectators? I didn't watch the match.
