Kalerkantho broke the Pybus hiring first when we were still figuring out what the heck was going on after what Kamal did with him (haat e haat dhore BCB ghura). These guys at KK get deeper into news before they break it, while other papers just throw things out there. I have been reading this paper for 3 years now. But then again that's my humble opinion.

Exactly my point. That's because CH is not happy that his name has been thrown around in the media even before he has agreed to sign a contract with the BCB. I even doubt that he actually knows BCB is targeting him to be the head coach. So, talks might break off even before they start (these directors in the BCB are claiming that they are talking to him, but I doubt it now).

To be honest i was always sceptical about Chandika Haturusingha. Having migrated to Australia with his family, being coach of NSW, and assistant coach of Australia A-why would he leave all that and take a risky job with Bangladesh.

If BCB does manage to convince him, it would be great.

Idk about the validity of the news but Streak and Chandika both would be very good. Both come from boards that are politically infested and are not rich (at least compared to BCB). Hence, IMO they will fit in very well with our environment on and off field.

On Streak, I remember Zim pace attack improved a lot under him. If he gets appointed, I see it to be as good tidings!
