Yeah - Training him on strength/endurance.
His a incredible fielder, has decent numbers.
All about development, has experience on his side (played a lot of games)

I think you have a very competitive and solid youth team.
They can achieve good things, maybe win couple of titles. Seem to have very good balance.

Since he's 22, he can also be trained in the primaries. ..

I'll lose a few of them after this season ends, and will most likely play the next season with some green guys, I'm trying to build some of them up so when the time comes, I'll have insurance.
I think we're on track to win this league in this season.

Lol. His from Pakistan.
I may finally have a Shahid Afridi in my team, of course only the batter.
I think he prefers the roti/ chapati/naan

Ohh, haven't checked his profile yet so I assumed he was UAE.
How's his power like? Reasonable? Reliable?

Ordinary - needs to work on his power/endurance.
The rest of the skills are pretty decent, especially fielding - exceptional.

Damn, exceptional. ...that guy has to be jonty Rhodes like..
I'm training my youths in fielding alot too....it's a very important attribute to have in tight games. A run put can be the Turning point of a game.
I have a slot open for this Sunday, wouldn't mind playing a friendly...normal 16:00GMT

Oh well a win is a win regardless of the opposition.
Callum Donaghy made a career best 253, in the process crossing 5000 runs.

Just when I thought that this was the breaking point, the boys came and surprised me again with resiliency.
They couldn't even buy a wicket on this wicket, and Bald Eagles Cricket Club looked like they were gonna steamroll my team.

Tied the match against league leaders in T20
Lost the match against league leaders by 8 runs in OD
A week of close results.
Good to see the boys being competitive.

Big game for both teams.
Sporting Bengal fighting for survival.
Halogen fight to stop the fall.
Not to mention the rivalry.
Tasty contest.

Another top class performance from my youth team....scoring in excess of 300 and bowling out the opposition for 57.
Aravindan Dinkar, with 154, joins the 2000 runs club in youth games for Halogens... becoming the 4th batsman to reach that milestone. Here's a list of those players:
1. Yuvraj Pathan (3388 runs @ 72.09)
2. Ned Rinaldi (2552 runs @ 70.89)
3. Kaisar Asghar (2192 runs @ 50.98)
All three of these guys are in my senior squad.
Dinkar has 2044 runs @ 55.24

Congrats Halogens for a convincing win against Sporting Bengal in OD league.
Now it's going to be a tough fight to survive in the league. Boys have to show real character.

Well at one stage, did expect to make 200... but Taddy Surienarine and Budden dug in and build a nice partnership at the end.
That Gave us some momentum, the opening bowlers choked the life of the batsmen, not giving away any free runs. The required rate kept on jumping...to the point of ungettable.
That was a fantastic team performance. All the bowlers contributed, even Calvin Wells.

OMG. Just checked the commentary.
In over 32 (Three DROP catches) of key batsman HVD and Rinaldi.
Halogens could have been 137-6, had they held on to those catches.
Very poor. Season end, even if Sporting gets relegated, need to train them on fielding.

Yeah, I was surprised as well...the three dropped catches.
It's essential that players are trained at an early age to field well. Catches win matches.
That's one area in my youth academy that I'm am hesitant of using.
