Tenants are all nice and lovely...right up until you let them know the rent is being increased. If looks could kill, I'd be dead many times over.


On a positive note - I now know how to play a proper front foot drive, thanks to CLEMON and Bulbul.

Bulbul being retired was willing to share his knowledge - I, on the other hand still harbor fantasies of playing for Bangladesh. If I shared this information with you, you too would become a world beater, and more importantly, competition for my spot in the team. Or at best, we'd form a fearsome duo - but you'd become Tendulkar(all the acclaim) while I'd be Dravid(where are my sponsorships? I'm good enough to be a cricketing God too!)
