Oh yeah same here, I had a friend who accidently put 25,000 into someone elses account by wrting in one wrong digit

the bank did nothing , but when it comes to the bank losing money they will do anything

Back 92, in Dhaka College, I found 232 Singapore dollars on the hallway, took it to the authority and they said, thank you, we will find the rightful owner.

Never seen an announcement to find the owner though.

I think it was '92 when my brother left for Singapore to study. He was a student at Dhaka College.

I don't remember anything about lost money though.
