Suggestions

I have been on this forum for quite a while, and I have to admit it is one of the best I have ever come across. You moderators (specially chinaman) do a great job of making sure that things run smoothly here. (No I'm not buttering up)

Having said this, I would like to see three new features here:

1) My posts - This way I can see all the threads that I have replied to (or created). Being able to sort them by date or number of replies would be nice too.

2) Bookmark - This way I can bookmark the threads that interest me, and follow them.

3) Ignore - It'd be nice if we have the option to ignore posts from one certain user. I really missed this option while nishy ran amok

Your suggestion #2 is already there. If you want to "bookmark" a thread you have click on "subscribe" (the link is located on upper left corner right before the thread starts). You will see all your subscribed threads in your Control Panel->Subscription. You can also use "Add to favorites" to bookmark a thread. It will appear in your Control Panel->Favorites.

Your suggestion 1 and 3 will be discussed by mods and admins.

Ahh ok thanks. Dumb me! I forgot that the bookmark option is already in place.

I swear, I didn't asked Carte Blanche to say that. Believe me. :embaressed:

Between Subscription and Favorite, I'd prefer Favorite. With Subscription, you'll get an automatic email everytime there is a new post in your Subscribed thread. Some people like to have a neat inbox.

My post / His post are already available too in the form of search result by the nick. We'll see if we can make it more palatable. Thanks for the suggestions. (Take this candy bar with you

Your suggestion #1 is done now. Visit New Posts from forum menu to see that option.

Your suggestion #3 won't be done for now. We will think about it in future if it is required.
