Is it just education in US
that sucks?
what grade you in James? 9th?
I hear ppl in Bangladesh work their rear off in school.... You guys also sound like you have to study a lot.
I think it's the public education in US that is the worse..... The teachers are unqualified... they are basically there to take attendance... and sit there and discuss about their wives' new born!
My life story 1:
THere is one thing in 7th grade that I will never forget in my life. You will see that in every single physics class, when they teach Newton's third law, there is always a smart guy who asks "but why is the object moving if both forces are equal"? - no matter where you taking the course... intermediate school, high school or college.
Anyways, my 7th grade teacher actuallly thought for a moment and he is like...
"well the opposing force is slightly less than the applied force, that's why it moves....just a tiny little bit less... so Newton neglected it... just know the law alright."

YUP...
In NYC - queens. I.S. 61. Teacher's name was Mr. Deffel (spelling might be wrong.. but that is the pronunciation.)!
Most of the ppl actually liked him... Very entertaining (but stupid I guess)... Surprisingly, his students performed really well compare to others....
