Default Next Generation Poll-opener: Who is after Shamz?

Idea stolen from the " Next Generation Wicketkeeper: Who is after Khaled Masud Pilot? " thread, lol. It all matches up to the Khaled Mashud vs Mushfiqur Rahim saga though - Shamz lost his poll-opening form, and has started engaging in discussions more often, whereas a new member, mhj007, seems to be coming up with quite a few polls lately, and they are actually of better quality. :p sure, he doesn't have as much experience, but he could definitely be a good replacement for the ageing shamz because of his youth (in terms of the number of posts/days spent on the forum) and enthusiasm.

If Shamz is Pilot, mhj007 is Mushfiq, who are you? Faruque?

In that case, I disagree with your decision. I feel like Shamz has experience of opening polls and should continue to do so before such a big tournament. There must be something personal going on. I ask for the moderator's help.

(Even though I Don't have much experience on opening polls-Just like our ex-Captains)I think ATMR and CO got it wrong. SHamz should be the poll opener in this time. He is still the best in BC and some says in the Internet. He has saved our Face lot of time and Proved to be very iterative to the opponents. I ask what has MHJ007 did? He just opened couple of polls and that's it... I think ATMR and CO had other plans or why else he was allowed to open so many poll thread when there r expert poll openers like Miraz or Hasan or Fazal are there.
I strongly redeem this and deman that Shamz is given his place back right away.

granting mhj007 the new poll opener position was a combined decision by the other selectors, and the mods and admins were consulted. there is no quesion of personal grudges here.

once again, the door to the BC poll-opening squad is open to everyone, and we're not ruling anyone out forever. all decisions are made solely based on performance, and this one was no different.

Shamz still deserves his position as an experienced resident poll-opener, though his current form is easily surpassed by young, newcomer mhj007 who earned his place in the WC forum. It will be interesting to see how he performs during the tournament, which may be a decider for Shamz, possibly even inspire other newbies to catch the moderators' attention.

Encouraged by the idea of What's the last thing you ate, I would like to propose ideas for new threads. Anybody can take these ideas, by giving proper acknowledgement to the author (aka Ustad Kabir).

Here are my suggestions (keeping poles the focus).
- What's better? Farting or releasing dushito batash?
- What's easier to use? EnglishComod or BanglaComod? (you better not confuse BanglaComod with BanglaCricket)
- What's more effective? Grass or poppy flower? (kids, stay away)
- Who's more attractive? Onju Ghosh or Jessica Alba?
- What's easier to achieve? Empty glass? Or glass filled with air?
- Which name is more self-explanatory? Japanese prime minister Takiona Mute-Asi? Or just a random guy named Suk.deep?
- What came out first? Teacher? Or student? (chicken & egg situation)

[PS...I'm extremely bored in the seminar that I'm sitting in right now! শালা বোচা এক hour ধরে লেকচার মারতেসে।]

As a self proclaimed forum 'advisor' I heard and smell some conspiracy going on against legend Shamz! I shall go through this issue, and shall take action if needed.
