Congratulation Bangladesh
First-ever win vs. SENA in SENA. That too without Shakib or Tamim in the team.
Congratulation to these young tigers. I hope you bring more glory to your fans in the upcoming future!

This is a historic day for Bangladesh. Well done boys!! Dominated NZ over 5 days.
I was expecting few more members here. Came back after a long time. If even this victory cannot revive traffic at Banglacricket, the forum doesn't have a future.

Indeed a historical day for Bangladesh cricket, almost gave up of a dream [in my lifetime] watching such test match WIN against mighty AUS or NZ on their homeland! But it happened and more likely to happen in coming days while we are still alive.
Big thanks to our new boys.

No one predicted it, myself included. I think out of 180 Million Bangladeshi whoever follows cricket, no one in their wildest dream would have thought BD would win a test match in NZ. That’s only fair because of our recent performances, where the team is mentally, etc. Mahmudul Hasan Joy’s innings was exceptional as he showcased fair bit of patience and application for his teammates. There were no wickets in bundle, and dream fast bowling from Ebadot. Players focused on the process, it was evident that they were just playing session session, batting patiently on merit’s of each ball. This is performance I have never seen from a BD cricket match. All the best for an amazing win and thank you all!

A fantastic achievement for Bangladesh. The next test is shaping up to be a mouthwatering prospect of the number one test team getting a win to level the series, or Bangladesh winning or drawing for an overall test series victory. Joy Bangla!

This victory is very sweet and will be cherished for some time. It’s like a dream come true for all of us who have been waiting for something like this for ages. Thought the last u 19 WC was it all in our lifetime but it seems we can still dream for more. Credit must go to Mominul for rotating the bowlers really well and and not letting the game go away from us at any moment through out the five days of play. Well done boys completely outplayed the kiwis in their own backyard 👏

congratulations to the boys.
This is HUGE indeed, against all odds.
Hope this makes our fast bowlers believe in themselves more.

A test victory vs NZ on their home soil!
Take a bow Mominul & team!

Epic win. I too have retired from the forum, but still poke my nose in here once a month or so. Its sad how this place just died, but had some of my greatest memories on this site!
Congratulations to Bangladesh!
A lot of the old BC heads still follow cricket avidly, they just don't use this site anymore. Probably outgrew posting on forums. So its not that people stopped following or caring about BD cricket. They just grew out of this particular medium .

Got thrilled by the boys achievement; This team is perfect to play test, able to leave balls and has courage to play test cricket, I think in the absence of Shakib Tamim, Riyadh everybody wanted to prove themselves and play as a team and that's how the success came; hope it continues .
good to see some of the old members hereafter long time.
