I have a better theory. He posts infrequently these days which indicates he has less time in front of the computer. We can infer that he is spending those time else where meaning either
1) He found a gf
2) he found a job

None of which he had previously. Since job is a pre-req to get a gf - we can safely assume Zeeshan finally got out of his mama's basement and found a job. This is confirmed by his $100 reward.
